The most standard of our services is the 8.5x11 black & white copy which has been a Copycat staple since 1973. Back then, we ran specifications on an AB Dick press and collated by hand. Today, the technology is completely digital and automated: our machines internally fold, collate, staple, 3hole drill, number, duplex, and trim.

Once again, we’ve added new equipment to process your orders with alacrity. Our new copiers range in copy speeds from 50 to 100 copies per minute. That’s good news for you in terms of turn around time but the best news is the addition of our booklet folder. Traditionally, creating booklets involved the handwork of a number of people and a couple of different pieces of equipment. Now they are run on just one machine — from start to finish. This technology significantly improves turn-around time, which means your work is delivered to you quickly and with consistent quality.

However, a capable operator is still required and we think we have the most capable operator in all of Wilmington — Donna Blackmon. Donna began "making copies" for us in 1986 and now teams with Linda Moore and Kathleen Knott to keep our high speed duplication equipment running millions of copies. Be it business forms, event programs, brochures, restaurant menus, architectural specifications, newsletters or any other imaginable item, if there’s a way for your work to be copied, Donna knows how to do it.

By the way, we also provide high speed scanning for your multi-page documents, in black and white or color, then save the documents in a universal format to disc. This service gives you back-up for your hard copies and reduces the amount of space you dedicate to store important papers.
