Mr. Kahn, who remembers when we ran architectural specifications on an AB Dick press. Copycat has come a long way since its inception in 1972 and Mr. Kahn (or Daddy, as Betsy calls him) has been here every step of the way. Today, he's content to let others do the work while he watches, but don't think for one moment that his finger isn't on the pulse!
Betsy discovered in 1981 that working here was more lucrative than trying to teach children how to play tennis. Her job responsibilities range from watering the plants to having the buck stop at her desk.
Debbie's fingers have had ink stains since 1976 she's clearly our most tenured employee who has seen Copycat transform from a four person operation to the size we are today. We can't imagine Copycat without Debbie running the press.
David has been sharing fishing stories (true and otherwise) with our clientele since 1984. When he's not running large-document copies, he's running the delivery routes. Ask David if he misses the way blueprints used to make his fingers blue!
Donna has been bustling around our high speed duplication equipment (more commonly known as the copiers) since 1986. She and Linda are a formidable team when it comes to making deadlines, and Donna is also our bindery expert. She can number, pad, bind and cut better than anyone in the building and we stay out of her way when she's doing it!

Linda is the calm in the storm. Along with her efficient handling of our small-format litigation copying, she is also master of the color copier domain. Just when we think there is absolutely no way she has time to process one more copy order, Linda gets the job done. This kind of behavior makes lots of customers happy.
Kathleen's primary responsibility is taking care of our customers at the counter; however, she also finds herself helping Donna, Linda, David, Alan and Debbie at any given moment, in addition to answering the telephone. Kathleen has never mentioned a circus career but her ability to walk the tightrope certainly alludes to one!
Alan rounds out the team in our large-format world; he fills in any gaps (if there are any). And he does so always with a smile on his face. 'Mr. Hustle' capably helps with the processing of electronic data and can't learn enough about computers and networking.

Chris, our resident techie, loves a challenge - that's why he enjoys working with all of us! Seriously, his versatility is nonpareil; we're lucky to have someone with such a can-do attitude and knowledgeable set of skills.(not pictured)
Scott Fillinger, our new and dynamic CSR specialist, comes to us from Cleveland, Ohio and has extensive pre-press and printing experience. You might expect to receive a visit from Scott in the not-too-distant future as he makes his way around town, visiting our customers.
